Subhan Ali is contesting Ward 60 as the official Banaras Congress Party candidate — committed to roads, water, sanitation, education, youth employment and healthcare for every household.
Subhan Ali, son of Bashir Ahmad, is a resident of Jaitpura, Varanasi. He comes from a background in local journalism and grassroots organising, currently serving as District President of the Yuva Morcha (Youth Wing), Bharatiya Kisan Union (Apna Adhikaar), Banaras.
Having spent years close to the people of Ward 60, he has seen first-hand the everyday problems — broken roads, irregular water supply, poor sanitation, and a lack of local job opportunities — and has made these his top priorities as the Banaras Congress Party candidate.
Repair of broken roads, regular clean water supply, and consistent waste collection and sanitation across the ward.
Skill-development opportunities for local youth, employment support, and improvements to government school facilities.
Regular health camps, better access to nearby healthcare centres, and expansion of essential public facilities.
